Today was a great day! I woke up, ate, and then jumped in the car to go pick up Grandma Stitch from the airport! She was sooo excited to see me! It was such a nice day we decided to go for a walk around Myrtle Edwards Park. We stopped at an espresso shop for a quick drink.
"Cheers to Oliver", that's me!
We spent the afternoon lounging in the Seattle Art Museum outdoor Olympic Sculpture Park. Our friend Marlan, a Seattle Park Ranger, was making his rounds on his bicycle and stopped to say hello. He gave me a silver badge and I became a Junior Ranger!"Cheers to Oliver", that's me!
This is me with my Grandma Stitch in front of the Puget Sound.
Later at night I showed Grandma how big and strong my lungs are, I cried for a good long time. Mommy tried to feed me, Daddy changed my di-di and tried a static radio station and some vacuum noise, but what I really wanted was to be naked for a little while! And then some skin-to-skin time with Mommy! After I fell asleep, I hung out with Daddy till 4:00 am! We let Mommy sleep for almost 5 hours! It was such a great day!!
