Day 99

Happy Independence Day!

I woke up today and had some fun play time with my lil'cousin Jackson! We were hanging out on the bunk bed in the Honeymoon Hut while our Daddies were trying to scare away the stray dog that showed up last night.

When the doggy finally left, for a second, we went down to the cabin and played with Bubbie and Great Auntie Becky!

Mommy got me ready for a boat ride. Safety first, gotta wear the personal flotation device!

Daddy thought I should dip my tootsies into Lake Betty. He didn't know I really wanted to stay dry and I really gave it to him when my toes hit the water, I screamed and cried really really loud! He won't try that again, at least not right away!

Great Auntie Karen took me on a tour de flowers!

After the busy morning I got really hungry and thought that Grandpa Dave's thumb might do the trick.

My Great Uncle Bob thought if I was hungry he would teach me how to fish!

We all posed for the annual Shanty Town Shin Dig Fourth of July picture! Bubbie was sad that I missed out on meeting more of the family, but she just wasn't up to a super big Shin Dig this year. I better try to get back for next year!!!!

We ended the day with good food grilled by Auntie Annie, Great Great Aunt Marion's delicious coconut cake recipe for Robbie's day before birthday party, and a loud and sparkley firework show by Daddy, Robbie , and Auntie Annie.
