Day 147

We all woke up early today, Daddy was taking the boys to climb to the top of Mt. Rainier. Mommy and I wanted to make sure we were able to tell them to have fun, and give Daddy and kiss goodbye!

When they left, Mommy and I went back to bed. Just as I was waking up I fooled Mommy. She thought I was eating breakfast, but when I smiled up at her all the milk spilled out of my mouth! When we got up we did laundry, napped, and cleaned the pantry. We also watched the hummingbirds visit our porch!

We were supposed to meet our friend Anne at Green Lake, but I was napping and Mommy ended up joining me and we slept past our meeting time. Sorry Anne, looks like we'll have to catch you in Duluth next summer!

When we woke up Mommy buckled me in the Truckie and we headed off to run some errands. I liked riding in the Truckie! It was bouncy and I got to watch Mommy drive from the front seat!

Daddy was using the Wago with the boys so we had the Truckie for the weekend. He did a no-no, leaving us with an empty tank of gas and an empty tank of windshield washing fluid. We didn't get stuck anywhere though and it was raining just enough to wash the grimy windshield. When we got home Mommy and I stayed up really really late. I don't think we'll be having long evening naps again.
