Day 149

This morning we woke up before our alarm! Mommy and I walked to Pete's for coffee and more coffee beans. We continued our walk to Everett's house for Peps today! We talked about sleeping, eating, drinking, and Mommy told everyone how much she misses Daddy. He is a really good Daddy and I miss him too!

Afterward we came home and did some projects around the house and Mommy continued to hang up our laundry, our dryer has been acting funny and we don't use it very much. The hummingbirds visit a lot. I think they are really happy with their new feeder!

I helped Mommy in the kitchen again! I am really good at being her sous'chef! While Mommy was reading me a bedtime story she got a phone call, from Daddy! He made is safely to the tippy top of Mountain Rainier (14,410 feet high)!

He called to say that the boys are coming home. Mommy had to quickly scramble and get the house picked up, she wasn't expecting them back til late tomorrow or even Wednesday!

I got to see all the neat pictures and hear the stories from their trip. I hope I'll get to climb Mt. Rainier with Daddy someday too!

When we went to bed Daddy was really really really tired. He was on the top of the mountain at 6 in the morning and back at home at 10 pm. He said that he hasn't slept in over 24 hours! I couldn't help it though, I didn't let Daddy sleep. I was just too excited to see him and happy to have him back home! I kept playing with him, poking his face, and pulling his hair! It was OK, he was really happy to see me too!
