Today is my Auntie Annie's birthday!
Mommy and I called Auntie in Minnesota to sing her the Happy Birthday song, then I played on my play-mat in my bumbo chair, and ate my toes!
I got dressed, had a snack and I am still very facinated by looking at the world, upside-down!
I was a little fussy in the afternoon and Mommy didn't know why. I had a dry diaper, had just eaten, I wasn't too cold or too hot, my diaper wasn't pinching me, I was just kinda fussy. So Mommy loaded up my diaper bag, buckled me into the Ergo and we left the house. She didn't have a plan of where we were going, she just thought I (we) needed to get out of the house. And it worked! I instantly stopped fussing! I really like being outside, looking at the leaves on the trees, listening to the birds sing and smelling the flowers growing in the garden!
We stopped at a few furniture consignment stores, Mommy is always looking for deals. We went to the hardware store to get a touch up crayon for the chunks missing on our woodwork. And after that Mommy kept on walking. We ended up at Elliot Bay, it is a really nice walk way and it always has the best views!
We stopped under a tree for snacks and stretches.
After our long break we headed back to meet Daddy at the parking lot. He picked us up and we drove to the Seattle Center for the KEXP outdoor music in the park.
We had a really nice time dancing and swaying to the music!
When we got home we put on our jammies and went to bed!
Hope your day was as fun as mine Auntie Annie!!!
