Day 323

This morning we woke up early and got dressed to run in the Fanconi Anemia 5k! We wanted to help raise money and bring awareness to the disease to help support my cousin, Isabella Griggs. She was diagnosed with FA last fall.

Our friends Trevor, Tenneal, and Cecilia were going to run with us, but they were all sick, so we had to run without them. (Get better soon everyone! Thanks for the support!!)

Ready set GO! Actually we didn't run at all. We just cruised along at a nice walking pace. But there were tons of other people that decided to run!

There is a 5K, an 8K, and a 12K run that you can participate in. The course is along the Waterfront Park in downtown Portland.

We did it! Thank you to those who supported us! I can't wait till next year when I actually can run in the Fanconi Anemia 5K!!!!!

After our race, we picked up Spencer and went on a hike to the Audubon Macleay Park trail.

We saw lots of really big birds and green mossy trees!

After the hike Mommy and Nabu went shopping for baby things and I went with Daddy and Spencer to the local watering hole, and I don't mean the pond! We packed up our bags and hit the road traveling back up north to Seattle.
