Day 120

This morning I woke up and Mommy laid out blankets on the floor and I had a long playtime while Bubbie and Great Auntie B were getting up.

Then Bubbie, Great Auntie B, Mommy and I hiked around the lake. We saw all the tree nubs that the Eager's had left after taking the trees for their home.

It was a really hot day, Great Auntie B got back to the Sugar Shack first and jumped in the lake. When Mommy and I got there Great Auntie B got out to watched me while Mommy jumped in with Bubbie. After swimming, Mommy wanted to take a tour around the lake in the wrangler. Bubbie and Great Auntie B weren't interested so they babysat me while Mommy headed out on a solo adventure. Her adventure didn't last long, she got a flat tire. Turns out the Eager's set up a trap so that no cars could go around the lake. There was a big pointy tree nub smack dab in the middle of the track and Mommy ran right over it with the wrangler.

Luckily Mommy had experience changing tires, but Bubbie and Great Auntie B have always been told, by their father, not to change tires, so they were no help for Mommy. After some sweet talk, Auntie Annie decided to come back up to the Sugar Shack to help Mommy!!!!

It was Auntie Annie's first time changing a tire, Mommy said she did awesome! But for an Auntie that can change Mommy and Daddy's truck alternator, of course she can change a tire!

So no more crazy rides in the wrangler, at least for this year! After dinner Mommy and Auntie Annie made a bon-fire and we had 'real' smore's this time!
